Middlesboro High School strives for excellence from its staff and students.

Middlesboro students advance to the next level in their academic journey at an exemplary high school that cultivates strong academic achievement and promotes innovative, higher level learning to ensure students are college/career ready and become contributing members of a diverse global community.  The faculty and staff at Middlesboro High School work diligently to offer a rigorous academic program that teaches real world skills for the 21st century. 

Partnering with Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College, MHS provides students with the opportunity to pursue an Associates Degree while earning a high school diploma.  Dual-credit Advanced Placement (AP) courses are offered so that students may take and experience college-level classes while in high school.
